CEO - Amy Hickman

 

Amy has been working in Registered Training Organsiations since 2005.  She has worked her way from a trainer, to department head, through to CEO. In addittion she has has set-up an RTO in 2011 called "Serve It Up" which she still which operates independently to iAscend.  

Amy's background was hospitality management, consultancy and training. Amy has worked with large companies such as ACCOR hotel group, Village Cinemas (Gold Class) as well as many smaller restaurants and cafes. She had her own consultancy business, where she set up restaurants and cafes from the ground up, working with the designers, suppliers and key stakeholders. 

Amy is passionate about Vocational Education and Training, she is compliance driven and has a hands on approach when managing the business. 

Amy holds her MBA, Bachelor of Applied science (Hospitality Management), Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as well as various other certificates and short courses. 

 

Founder - Rohan Cresp

The iAscend team is headed by Rohan Cresp, a BHP trained Fitter and Turner with a Diploma of Risk Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma of Business Marketing from Monash.  He also holds a Masters in Training and Development from the University of Melbourne.

Rohan held a number of senior and responsible positions in hospitality, events management and labour-hire before striking out on his own account to jointly found (1998) ASCET Training and then iAscend Polytechnic in 2003.
